We are pleased to announce open auditions for our upcoming production of Dicken’s A Christmas Carol, the classic holiday tale recounting the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, an elderly miser who is visited by the ghost of his former business partner Jacob Marley and the spirits of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come whose visits transform him into a kinder, gentler man.  

This production is a beloved annual tradition for Hilliard Arts Council.  Auditions are open to adults and children ages 5 and up. There are 30 speaking roles available including Bob Cratchit and his family, various ghosts, and townspeople. The role of Ebeneezer Scrooge has been pre-cast.   There are also opportunities available for a children’s chorus who sing various carols during the show. One of the hallmarks of our production is a family friendly environment featuring a  multi-general cast and the opportunities it presents for experienced and novice actors of all ages.
