One of the best things about summer is relaxing outside and enjoying live music. Our annual Summer Concert Series is here to help. Join us on Wednesday, August 10 at 7pm for our annual Back to School Bash featuring youth campers from our Summer Drama Camps as well as Hilliard-based Greater Columbus Community Orchestra. This weeks concert will be held at Hilliard’s Station Park
Well over 100 children in the community participated in our various high energy and mega fun drama camps held this summer. Representatives from the Grade 1-3 and also the Grade 4-6 camps will be performing some Broadway hits. They will be joined by the Greater Columbus Community Orchestra, group dedicated to an enhanced appreciation and understanding of orchestral music through an annual series of free concerts right here in Central Ohio.
These concerts are made possible in part due to a Tourism Attraction Grant from Destination Hilliard and generous gifts from Coffee Connections and the Rotary Club of Hilliard.
Don’t forget that the Hilliard DORA is in effect, so feel free to bring food and adult beverages from participating Hilliard bars and restaurants.
In the event of inclement weather, the concerts will be held inside the Hilliard Civic and Cultural Arts Center so please come down to Old Hilliard rain or shine.
