One of the best things about summer is relaxing outside and enjoying live music. Our annual Summer Concert Series is here to help. Join us on Sunday, June 11 at 7pm at the Hilliard Civic and Cultural Arts Center for this week’s free concert with perennial favorite, the Scioto Ridge Boys. If you like good old-time, close vocal harmony, you’ll surely enjoy the music of the Scioto Ridge Boys. Since 1992 when they began singing in their home church, Scioto Ridge United Methodist in Hilliard, Ohio, the Scioto Ridge Boys have sung in more than 570 churches, retirement centers, and community events in Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. Audiences always enjoy the joyful, enthusiastic, spiritual and sometimes humorous, yet vital, experience that the Scioto Ridge Boys deliver in their performances. The concert will include a special guest appearance by Trinity, a gospel women’s trio performing now for nearly 25 years at Scioto Ridge church. These concerts are made possible in part due to the generosity of our sponsors: Coffee Connections of Hilliard, Raising Cane's, the Rotary Club of Hilliard, Blue Oak Patio and Landscape and Westwood Collective. Don’t forget that the Hilliard DORA is in effect, so feel free to bring food and adult beverages from participating Hilliard taverns and restaurants. In the event of inclement weather, the concerts will be held inside Hilliard Civic and Cultural Arts Center so please come down to Old Hilliard rain or shine.
