As one of Hilliard’s oldest community arts organizations, The Hilliard Arts Council provides opportunities for the community to participate in theatrical, choral music, and a variety of other arts activities throughout the year. We produces several plays each year: in the spring, fall and winter and a larger production is held in the summer.  The Arts Council also provides entertainment for the annual July 4th activities as well as a Summer Concert Series for the community. Most of our events are free and we invite everyone to come watch, learn and participate!
